We use that report to advise you how to best handle your network’s security, architecture, and business continuity, as well as how to meet industry best practices.
Tec-Refresh will analyze your network security and review configurations, network drawings/architecture, segmentation, and patching policies. We’ll also perform an initial vulnerability assessment to determine your current threat landscape.
We’ll analyze your company’s network components and documentation to identify any weaknesses and risks. Additionally, our team will discuss our findings with you to help you better understand your current IT landscape including your network, security, storage, and computing assets.
Tec-Refresh will review the current policies, procedures, and architecture in your Business Continuity Plan (BCP). If you don’t yet have a BCP, we’ll assist you in developing one that will back up all business-critical assets. We’ll also test recovery to minimize company downtime in the event of a disaster.

Tec-Refresh provides backup and instant disaster recovery services with near-zero RTOs (recovery time objectives) using Rubrik. We take backups at your location and replicate them to our NOC/SOC (Network Operations Center and Security Operations Center) for long-term storage and archival.
Our backup services are effective and efficient. We provide fast backup performance and deduplicate and compress data to reduce storage. All metadata is indexed enabling global real-time search of individual files and folders without requiring data dehydration.
Backups are worthless if you can’t recover them. We provide the capability to live-mount or instantly recover a backup in minutes to validate the backup, run test/development labs, or recover from a disaster or ransomware.
